MFA Guidance
To access LSHTM Moodle staff and face to face students will need to setup multi-factor authentication (MFA). Please refer to the following guide for further instructions: Multi-factor authentication - service desk guide. If you're locked out of your account and cannot access the service desk, please refer to the following page: Multi-factor Authentication. Multi-factor authentication (MFA) does not affect DL students, short course students, and students on standalone MSc-modules, who should be able to access LSHTM Moodle as usual.
