Africa isn't one labour market

To start planning for your career after your course, it's often useful to do specific research for your home country, as well as use the wider resources here.

We'd recommend identifying the following, and where their vacancies are listed:

  1. Your national Ministry of Health
  2. Your country's medical regulators
  3. Your country's public health institute (or other body that does surveillance and epidemiology)
  4. The national or international professional association or professional register for your field
